I'm Sara, and I support those navigating the complexities of trauma. My practice is built on the belief that healing starts from within and ripples outward into your daily life. Whether we meet in person at my office or connect through virtual sessions from your own home, we will move at your pace, honoring your boundaries and unique journey. Healing is a slow, steady process of reclaiming your nervous system and peace.

Utilizing somatic therapy, CBT, and ACT, I offer a holistic approach to recovery that fits your life. Our work together—offered both in my clinical space and through secure video calls—helps untangle stuck patterns so you can re-engage with your world with a renewed sense of self.

I view therapy as a collaboration, regardless of the setting. By offering both face-to-face and online support, I hope to meet you where you are, literally and figuratively. Let us explore the world's impact on you and cultivate your impact on the world.

My Credentials & Training

LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Having earned my MSW from NYU, I now practice in Colorado. I provide trauma-focused, evidence-based psychotherapy via telehealth and in-office visits for adults dedicated to lasting emotional wellness.

Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery

Certified in Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery. I integrate somatic practices by helping clients reconnect with their bodies through gentle movement and breathwork. This allows for a deeper processing of trauma beyond cognitive understanding.

Colorado Licensure

I am a fully licensed practitioner in Colorado. I maintain strict standards for education and clinical supervision, ensuring that whether you visit me in person or online, you receive the highest quality of ethical, professional care.

Theoretical Background

My methodology integrates somatic work with relational care. By blending CBT, psychodynamic principles, and ACT, I customize our virtual or in-person sessions to address the specific needs of your mind and body.

Outside of the therapy room, I strive to live a life rooted in self-love. To me, this means the daily commitment to sit with my feelings, discern my needs, and make choices that both nourish and challenge me.

Practically, this looks like my own inner exploration through yoga, hiking, and whatever quiet moments I can find. I find joy in movement, even when I'm just challenging myself to run.

I believe living well is an art, whether we meet online or in the office. I am here to help you define what that art looks like for you.
